What Brian Kelly said after a dominant win over Army
Brian Kelly understandably didn’t have much to complain about after his LSU Tigers throttled the Army Black Knights 62-0.
Jayden Daniels had another near-perfect performance and got to relax on the sideline from the 3rd quarter on. The QB completed 11/15 passes for 279 yards and 3 TDs. After the game, Kelly praised his QB for another stellar performance.
Kelly explained that the Tigers have “a chance to win every game,” when Daniels plays his best.
“When your quarterback is playing at that kind of level, you’ve got a chance to win every game.”
Brian Kelly says Jayden Daniels obviously has a strong cast around him, but the quarterback drives college football and LSU’s playing extremely well right now.

Finally, the Tigers had their best defensive performance of the season on Saturday. The team allowed the Black Knights to collect just 193 total yards of offense and forced 4 turnovers. Kelly said he “isn’t ready to give this defense any award,” but he was proud of their performance nonetheless.
