Good news for Mississippi State fans: concession prices are going down this season at all MSU home venues.

The announcement was made via the Bulldogs official website on Friday. The move is part of a MoorValue campaign (which has its own hashtag) revealed earlier in the week.

“We value the feedback of our Bulldog family,” MSU Director of Athletics John Cohen said in the announcement. “Reducing the price of concessions has been something I have been very excited about since becoming Director of Athletics. Providing our fans and families with more affordable food and beverage options is extremely important. We will continue to explore innovative ways to enhance the game day experience for our Bulldog family. We would like to thank Aramark for their collaboration in this process.”

The prices will be effective for the 2018-19 athletic season at Davis Wade Stadium, Humphrey Coliseum, Dudy Noble Field, Newell-Grissom Building, MSU Soccer Field, Nusz Park and the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre. The announcement states that other game day enhancements for fans are in progress as part of the MoorValue campaign celebrating the first under new head football coach Joe Moorhead.
