Green is a native of Lees Summit, MO and was originally rated as a 4-star prospect per the 247Sports Composite ranking. Green was rated as the No. 10 offensive tackle and the No. 3 player in Missouri for the 2023 class.
The talented lineman played in 11 games in 2023 for the Sooners and started 5 games at left guard. The tackle chose the Sooners over offers from Missouri, Nebraska, and LSU, among others.
Green would be a huge get for the Tigers, who have had already made some big additions in the portal this cycle. The Tigers added one of the top corners in Toriano Pride from Clemson, and one of the top running backs in Marcus Carroll from Georgia State. Adding one of the top linemen would give the Tigers one of the best transfer classes in the nation.
The Tigers have seen several offensive linemen enter the portal this offseason, so Green would be a valuable addition.
