D’Moi Hodge transferred to Missouri to play for head coach Dennis Gates in the 2022-23 season. After starring in his lone season with the Tigers, Hodge announced his future plans Wednesday evening.

In a note on Twitter, Hodge announced his intentions to enter the 2023 NBA Draft:

“I would like to thank my family for their continued love and support of my goals and dreams,” Hodge wrote. “To Coach Gates and the entire Mizzou organization, what a season! I also want to thank my brothers for pushing me. With that being said I’m officially declaring for the 2023 NBA Draft.”

After playing for Gates at Cleveland State, Hodge followed the head coach once he was hired at Mizzou. Hodge went on to finish second on the Tigers while averaging 14.7 points per game this past season while shooting 40% from 3-point range.

Hodge also led the Tigers with 2.6 steals per game and added 3.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists. He delivered a number of key performances for the team this season, including a team-high 23 points in an NCAA Tournament victory over Utah State.
