Missouri fans can take a sigh of relief because it looks like the SEC’s leading rusher will be making an appearance in the Armed Forces Bowl in a few weeks against Army.

According to head coach Eli Drinkwitz, Badie did participate in practice this week and is expected to play on the 22nd.

The senior running back led all SEC rushers this season with 1,604 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, which also broke Missouri’s single-season rushing record.

Badie was the primary reason the Tigers will be making a bowl game this year. In 3 out of his last 5 SEC games, Badie rushed for 200 yards or more with the Tigers winning 3 of those games.

Badie broke the single-season record in a loss against Arkansas.
