Missouri opened the 2021 season with a win over Central Michigan. Its second game has the potential to be much more important.

The Tigers are going on the road to take on Kentucky in the first game featuring a pair of SEC teams this season. These SEC East rivals both have high expectations for the year and need a victory to keep their early-season momentum going.

It’s a big matchup, especially for Week 2 of the season. And it should be a thrilling contest.

For Mizzou fans who want to get even more excited for the game, the Tigers dropped an intense video for the matchup on Twitter on Friday:

Missouri snapped a 5-game losing streak against Kentucky last year, when it notched a 20-10 home win. However, the Tigers haven’t won in Lexington since 2013.

Missouri and Kentucky are set to kick off on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET on SEC Network.
