Missouri’s Memorial Stadium is currently undergoing renovations to the South end zone of Faurot Field and the school issued a video this week showing off the latest progress of the project.

The school’s Chief Financial Officer Tim Hickman gave an interview to Mizzou Athletics sharing insight on the project following the demolition of the entire South end zone.

“The key part is an operations center for our team,” Hickman said. “There will be offices for the staff, there will be a new locker room and weight room, sports medicine area, equipment room, meeting rooms, all those types of things for our team. In addition, there will be new premier sections for our fans.”

The team is still practicing on Faurot Field this spring and will host a spring game in the building, despite the ongoing construction. The project is scheduled to be completed before the start of the 2019 football season.
