College baseball rankings are getting an update once again as we hit the week of March 10, and the No. 1 spot in the country is far from a consensus.

On Monday, D1Baseball’s latest top 25 was updated with LSU holding onto the No. 1 spot. However, Baseball America does not agree, putting Tennessee at No. 1 overall and ahead of the Tigers.

In their update, Baseball America dove into what was a largely successful week for the top teams in the country. The teams featured on BA’s latest poll won 85% of their games last week, though Texas A&M continues its free fall from the preseason No. 1 spot after going 3-2 last week. The Aggies checked in at No. 21 overall this week after falling outside the top 10 a week ago.

Meanwhile, it is the Vols opening up the season with a program-record 16 straight wins to begin a campaign, complete with the program’s first no-hitter in over 20 years vs. St. Bonaventure. Tennessee is fresh off its first national title last year and is once again the team to beat in the race to the College World Series, per Baseball America.

Sportsbooks do not quite agree with which team is the favorite to it all this summer. Tennessee continues to lead the title odds at DraftKings, but it is LSU at +650 edging out the Vols at FanDuel with Texas A&M (+900) trailing those 2. Fans can grab the latest odds with any of the TN sports betting apps.
