SEC Baseball rain delay update: New start time announced for Georgia-Arkansas
The SEC Tournament championship game between Arkansas and Georgia has a new start time.
The Razorbacks and Bulldogs will start at 3:45 p.m. CT in Hoover, according to the SEC. The league was forced to delay the start of the game due to inclement weather on Sunday afternoon.
While the winner of this game will earn the SEC’s automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament, both teams will be safely into the field. Georgia is expected to be a Super Regional host while Arkansas’s weekend in Hoover may have been enough to earn a No. 1 seed.
Georgia, which earned the SEC’s No. 1 seed based on a dominant regular season, is favored over Arkansas according to the latest odds on Kalshi:
