ESPN Analytics predicts the outcome of Auburn vs. Tennessee

The Auburn Tigers are set for a huge road test this Saturday against the Tennessee Volunteers in Knoxville, a showdown that figures to have massive implications on both squads as they stare down the back half of their respective SEC schedules leading up to March Madness.
The Tigers will enter the contest with a 14-7 record and riding a 4-game winning streak, while the Volunteers will enter at 14-6 overall and coming off a massive road overtime win against a formidable Georgia Bulldogs squad.
This will be the first time since last season’s SEC Tournament semifinal matchup that Auburn and Tennessee have met on the hardwood, and ESPN Analytics recently released its updated prediction for how the game will shake out.
According to ESPN’s model, the Vols have a 69.9% chance to pull out the win, while the Tigers will enter as significant underdogs
It’s usually a very tight contest whenever these 2 squads meet up, and Rocky Top is sure to be filled to the brim and exploding with energy come tip-off, so it will be interesting to see how this one plays out.
