Now that the NCAA basketball season has come to an unceremonious end, there are a number of players who are considering moves for next season.
One of those players who could be transferring is Quinnipiac F Kevin Marfo. Marfo just so happens to be the nation’s leading rebounder, averaging 13.3 boards per game this past season.
Per Corey Evans of Rivals, Marfo has been in contact with a pair of SEC squads — Texas A&M and Arkansas:
The nation’s leading rebounder, Quinnipiac grad-transfer Kevin Marfo has been in contact with Texas Tech, Xavier, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Arkansas, San Diego State, Arizona State, OK State, St John’s, Penn St, Wichita St, BC, VTech & Louisville, he tells @RivalsPortal

Both of those teams could certainly use a big man next season, so we’ll see if he ends up in the SEC or at any number of his other suitors.
For now, though, it’s fun to imagine what sort of impact he could have on the Aggies or the Razorbacks.
