3 Alabama players to participate in 2026 Senior Bowl

Three former Alabama Crimson Tide players are headed to Mobile starting Tuesday for the 2026 Senior Bowl.

Tight end Josh Cuevas, defensive tackle Tim Keenan III and defensive lineman LT Overton all earned invitations to the week-long workouts as well as the Jan. 31 game at Hancock Whitney Stadium (2:30 pm ET, NFL Network).

Cuevas hauled in 37 receptions for 411 yards and four touchdowns for Alabama in 2025 – capping a collegiate career that began at Cal Poly in 2021 and also saw a one-season stop at Washington in 2023. Cuevas will head to the NFL having recorded 119 catches for 1,527 yards and 12 touchdowns.

A three-year starter at Alabama, Keenan notched 16 total tackles (11 solo) with two sacks, a forced fumble and a pass defended. Keenan capped his run in Tuscaloosa with 95 total tackles (44 solo), 5½ sacks, three passes defended and a forced fumble.

Overton transferred to Alabama in 2024 after two seasons at Texas A&M and made a career-best 25 solo tackles (40 total) and career-best four sacks in 2025. Overton finished his collegiate career with 130 total tackles (60 solo), seven sacks, two passes defended and a forced fumble.
