Alabama fan goes viral for flipping off ABC cameras amid upset loss to FSU

Alabama fans were excited and gearing up for the start of the 2025 season. However, things didn’t go as planned as the Crimson Tide were dominated in Tallahassee, losing to Florida State 31-17.
This isn’t the start that Kalen DeBoer and the team wanted, as they were looking to bounce back from last year’s 9-4 season that ended a streak of 16 consecutive seasons with at least 10 wins.
At the end of the game, and the ABC camera zoomed in on an Alabama fan, and he responded with a middle finger that has gone viral on social media. Here’s a look:
While that gentleman is the only fan going viral for that, that is a reaction that is sure to be shared by many Alabama fans across the country. The team came in with so much hype and expectations, so this loss to Florida State is a huge disappointment.
Some Crimson Tide fans are already looking to see what it could cost to let go of DeBoer before the end of his contract.
Alabama still has a lot to play for, as the new College Football Playoff format allows teams more wiggle room than in previous years. However, for a team that needed a good start to ease the frustrations of its fans, Saturday night was the complete opposite of that.
