Alabama lands commitment from 2019 JUCO forward, former Buffalo signee

Nate Oats has been busy since moving from Buffalo to take the Alabama basketball job, rebuilding his roster and adding new pieces to the puzzle.
On Tuesday, he and his staff landed a commitment from a JUCO small forward who had previously signed with Buffalo.
As you can see below, James Rojas — who played last season at Hutchinson Community College in Kansas — announced via Twitter that he was heading to Tuscaloosa:

According to Rojas’s Hutchinson profile, he averaged 19 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game for the Blue Dragons last season.
The Tide now have six players in their 2019 class, which currently ranks No. 18 in the nation and No. 5 in the SEC, per the 247Sports rankings.
