Less than a month ago, JUCO DL Jordan Davis announced he was “recommitting” to Alabama after going the JUCO route for his freshman season.

However, that commitment lasted for less than 30 days, as Davis is now once again a free agent.

As you can see in the tweet below, Davis announced on Saturday that he was decommitting from the Tide once again to focus on building his character and improving his studies:

Davis has yet to be rated as a member of the 2019 class, but back in 2018, he was the No. 6 weak-side defensive end and the No. 2 overall recruit from the state of Tennessee, per the 247Sports composite.

Davis, a Memphis native, is rumored to have interest in the Volunteers, but it remains to be seen where he ends up.
