Arkansas’ recruiting class just got a whole lot better.

Bryce Gilmore, a 4-star offensive tackle prospect out of Prosper, Texas, announced live on 247Sports Monday that he will suit up for Sam Pittman and the Arkansas Razorbacks. The Hogs beat out Arizona State, Texas Tech, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt, fellow members of Gilmore’s top 5.

Gilmore is a mountain of a human being. He stands at 6-5, 297 pounds and saw a huge jump in production from his sophomore to junior seasons at Prosper High School. Of course, he’s expected to take another jump heading into his senior year.

Figuratively and literally, this is a massive addition for the Razorbacks. Gilmore is now Arkansas’ highest-rated commitment in the Class of 2026, stealing the top spot from 4-star edge Colton Yarbrough. He and Yarbrough are the only 4-star recruits to commit to Arkansas thus far.

Gilmore is considered by 247Sports to be the No. 186 overall prospect in the Class of 2026, as well as the No. 15 offensive tackle and No. 16 player out of the talent-rich state of Texas.

Pittman has obviously placed an emphasis on the offensive line in recruiting. Gilmore is the 4th offensive lineman to pledge to the Razorbacks so far, joining 3-stars Ashley Walker, Tucker Young and Hugh Smith.
