Arkansas lands commitment from 2026 WR out of Texas

Robert Haynes IV has decided on Arkansas as where he wants to play college football.

Haynes, a wide receiver out of Texas, announced his verbal pledge to play for the Razorbacks. He spotlighted receivers coach Ronnie Fouch.

I want to thank Coach Fouch for recruiting me,” wrote in a note posted on X. “I want to thank the staff at Arkansas for the love shown to me and my family since I have gotten in contact with you guys. This is just the beginning, I’m overly excited to get down there and build my own legacy in Fayetteville. WOO PIG!

Out of Missouri City (Texas) Ridge Point High School, Haynes is listed as measuring 6-1, 175 pounds. Haynes is rated 3-stars, the No. 129 player in the Lone Star State and No. 164 wide receiver in the Class of 2026 by 247Sports.

With Haynes on board, Sam Pittman‘s staff now has 13 commitments in Arkansas’s 2026 recruiting class, which is ranked No. 16 overall on the Composite. Fans can get a preview of what Haynes brings to Fayetteville by watching his highlights in the video below via Hudl:
