Brock Bowers is questionable to return to the Raiders’ Week 1 game against New England after sustaining a knee injury in the second half.

The former Georgia legend is starting his second NFL season on Sunday. He’s already established himself as one of the very best tight ends in the NFL early on in his career.

Bowers departed the game as Vegas’ leading receiver. He caught 5 passes for 103 yards before getting injured. The injury occurred at the end of Bowers fifth catch when he was tackled out of bounds.

Here’s a look at the play:

Bowers attempted to stay in the game, but exited after this play:

The Raiders have not given any further update on Bowers’ status as of publication, but it’s possible Bowers suffered a significant knee injury.

If he misses any time, it would be a devastating blow for the Raiders offense. Last season as a rookie, Bowers amassed 1,194 yards and 5 touchdowns on 112 catches. He led the Raiders in receiving last season and is a candidate to do so again in 2025 if healthy.
