Chris Cole, 4-star LB, includes pair of SEC programs in top 6, reveals commitment date

Chris Cole is one of the top linebacker prospects in the country. On Monday, Cole released a top 6 that included a pair of SEC programs.

The 6-3 linebacker out of Salem, Virginia included Georgia and Tennessee out of the SEC, joining a group that also features Virginia Tech, Miami, Penn State and USC.

And the Bulldogs seems to be a top choice for Cole, though Tennessee recently held the elite LB on an unofficial visit to end July. 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong currently has a crystal ball predicting Cole to Georgia.

While revealing his top 6, Cole also set a commitment date of September 10.

Cole is considered to be the No. 58 overall prospect in the country in the 2024 cycle. He’s also ranked as the No. 6 LB and No. 1 player out of the state of Virginia.
