Clark Lea continues to make moves to build up the Vanderbilt football program as the school announced the official hirings of three new members of the program.

The Commodores officially announced director of football strength and conditioning coach Brandon Hourigan, director of operations Casey Stangel and assistant director of operations Molly Hart have all been added to Lea’s Vanderbilt staff.

Hourigan comes over from Wake Forest where he previously held the title of director of sports performance for seven seasons. The Demon Deacons reached five bowl games during that time.

Hourigan also has experience working at Bowling Green, Virginia, Richmond and Northeastern.

Lea didn’t have to look very far to find Stangel, as she worked as Vanderbilt’s internal operations coordinator for the baseball team in 2020.

Like Lea, Hart worked at Notre Dame in 2020.
