Dan Mullen woke up to some bad news Thursday morning as a member of his first Florida signing class was arrested Wednesday evening.
Four-star prospect Justin Watkins was arrested for trespassing on school grounds. He has already posted bail and is out of jail. He is accused of kicking a car and breaking a phone of a female.
Watkins was not an early enrollee and has yet to arrive at Florida.
Following Watkins’ arrest, Mullen offered up this statement, per Matt Baker of the Tampa Bay Times:
