Florida lost some depth at running back as coach Dan Mullen announced on Monday that RB Malik Davis is out indefinitely with a broken foot.
Davis suffered the broken left foot Saturday against Colorado State in a game where he rushed three times for eight yards. Davis left in the second quarter, and went straight to the medical tent. Mullen said on Saturday that an X-Ray looked OK, but an MRI would reveal more on Monday.
Davis has 13 carries for 61 yards this season without a TD. He had four carries for 15 yards against Kentucky, and six for 38 yards against Charleston Southern.
