Dari Nowkhah, Mel Kiper Jr. release their early top-6 rankings for 2018 season

The 2017 season just ended last month, but teams are already focused on preparations for the 2018 season.

Spring practices will begin at the end of this month for some teams, and spring games will mostly take place during March before schools go on summer break.

Even though it’s still ridiculously early, it’s fun to take a look at how things might play out next year. On Saturday, ESPN’s Dari Nowkhah and Mel Kiper Jr. gave their top-six rankings for the 2018 season, as you can see in the tweet below:

Kiper having Michigan in his top six is interesting, especially after the way the Wolverines played last year.

Still, these are early rankings, so it’ll be something to watch to see if either change as the offseason wears on.
