Eli Manning offered Jaxon Dart help with anything; Dart had a hilarious first request

Eli Manning and Jaxon Dart have had a similar path to becoming NFL quarterbacks. Both players were the quarterback at Ole Miss before being drafted. Both players started their careers with the New York Giants, and both players had veteran quarterbacks come in early in their careers.
Manning decided to offer his help to Dart and told him that if he had any questions, not to hesitate to reach out. Whether the questions were football-related or just about which town to live in, Manning was ready to help.
Well, Dart took Manning up on his offer and called him during training camp. However, he didn’t ask Manning for football advice.
He asked Manning if he could get him a reservation at 4 Charles that night at 6:30.
Manning let Dart know that reservations weren’t part of the offer. According to Manning, Dart has to earn the right to call and get his own reservation.
For some context, 4 Charles is a highly esteemed steakhouse in Greenwich Village of New York City. It is a small restaurant that is nearly impossible to get a table at. Dart knew that Manning would have some pull and be able to secure a reservation.
It looks like Dart will have to look elsewhere to find his reservation guy.
