ESPN college football analyst Kyle Bonagura made his official Lane Kiffin list for the head coach who is seemingly always on the move and was again on Sunday.

Kiffin has left Ole Miss for LSU, which will be his 3rd head coaching stop in the SEC alone. He was the head coach at Tennessee for 1 season in 2009, then spent most of 6 seasons in Oxford starting in 2020 and ending on Sunday, before the Rebels even kick-start their College Football Playoff run.

But Kiffin won’t be part of that run. He’s already in Baton Rouge, leaving Oxford and those Rebels fans behind, and that was sort of the point of Bonagura’s list on Sunday. Kiffin not only has left many college football locales, including after head coaching stops at USC (2010-13) and FAU (2017-19), he’s even dipped into the NFL head coaching waters.

Kiffin was the head coach of the then-Oakland Raiders in 2007 and 2008. In fact, that was Kiffin’s very first head coaching job at any level, so he started at the top, so to speak, before bouncing around in college football. And who can forget his 3-year stint at Alabama as the Crimson Tide’s offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach from 2014-16?

Bonagura didn’t forget, because Kiffin’s exit from Tuscaloosa to take the FAU head coaching job made his very special Kiffin list.

With that, here is Bonagura’s ranking of Kiffin’s coaching exits:
