ESPN’s College GameDay is at West Point this week to preview the big Army-Navy matchup, but there’s already a plan in place for next week.
With several conference championship games taking place on Saturday, Dec. 19, it will be an important weekend for the College Football Playoff rankings.
As you can see below, College GameDay announced it would be heading to Charlotte to preview the ACC Championship Game:

Currently, Notre Dame is No. 2 in the CFP rankings, followed by Clemson at No. 3. If Clemson loses, the Tigers are likely eliminated from Playoff contention.
A loss for Notre Dame would be trickier, though, as the Irish beat Clemson earlier this year. Whatever happens, it should be an entertaining game to watch.
