Florida hoops target sets commitment date following Gators visit

Florida hoops target Ryan Jones announced Sunday that he will commit to his college program on October 2.
Technically, Florida is one of 8 teams Jones is considering heading into his commitment. However, it seems to be a 2-horse race after Jones canceled all official visits following a pair of trips to Virginia Tech and Florida recently on Sept. 21.

Jones is a strong prospect in the Class of 2024. He stands at 6-8, 225 pounds and hails from… Gainesville, Florida.
He’s considered to be the No. 67 overall prospect in the 2024 cycle, as well as the No. 12 center and No. 11 player out of Florida.
