Former Alabama tight end Josh Cuevas has carved out a role for the Baltimore Ravens in his rookie season. He had his best game of the year last week against the Atlanta Falcons, as he had two catches for 26 yards. However, one thing he was missing out was a touchdown, and he changed that on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.

With the score tied at zero in the first quarter, Cuevas caught a two-yard pass from Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley to give the Ravens the 7-0 lead. He also had a career-long 29 yard catch in the game.

He was selected by the Ravens with the No. 173 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Cuevas started his college career at Cal Poly, where he played two seasons before transferring to Washington to play for Kalen DeBoer. After playing with the Huskies in 2023, he transferred to Alabama to continue playing for DeBoer.

In 2025, he had a big season for the Crimson Tide, as he finished with 37 catches for 411 yards and four touchdowns while helping the team make it to the College Football Playoff.
