The Georgia Bulldogs have their on-field coaching staff set, but they made an interesting hire at an “intern” position on Saturday.

According to coach Kirby Smart, the Bulldogs are bringing back former Georgia S Bacarri Rambo to take on an intern role.

Per Macon.com, Smart said on Saturday that he hopes Rambo will eventually transfer into a graduate assistant role with the team:

“He is currently working as an intern and there is a possibility he will be, and we hope for him to be a (graduate assistant) eventually whenever the time’s right,” Smart said. “Right now, he’s just an intern and he’s an invaluable resource for these kids.”

Rambo played for four years in the NFL, spending time with the Washington Redskins, Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins.

For a team that had some minor struggles in the secondary last year, and which will feature several young players at the positions this year, having Rambo as a resource is a great thing for Smart.
