Jadan Baugh joins elite company with 5th straight 100-yard game

That’s the elite company Florida Gators running back Jadan Baugh joined on Saturday, keeping his red-hot start to the 2026 season rolling with a fantastic performance against Ole Miss.
Specifically, Baugh pulled off 2 incredible feats on Sunday. For starters, he joined Smith and Taylor as the only Gators RBs in school history to post 5 straight games of 100+ yards — and he did it before the start of the 4th quarter.
For another, Baugh dethroned Tim Tebow as the fastest Gator in school history to collect 10 touchdowns in a season. Baugh recorded his 10th touchdown on Saturday against the Rebels, doing so in his 4th game of the year. Tebow took 7 games to accomplish the feat in 2007.
If he can keep this pace, Baugh will surpass Tebow’s single-season rushing TD record (23) around Week 10 or 11. We’ll see.

Anyone who does not consider Baugh a true Heisman candidate through the first 4 weeks of the season simply has not been paying attention. As it currently stands, with 9 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter of Florida’s 45-28 game against Ole Miss, Baugh has totaled 576 rushing yards with 10 rushing touchdowns.
