Joel Klatt was on the call for the Washington and Michigan in Week 8, but there was plenty of going on across the rest of the college football world.
After an eventual weekend, Klatt has issued an updated top-10 that once again has Ohio State slotted in at No. 1. The Buckeyes are undefeated and the defending national champions, and their defense looks as good as we have seen in college football in quite some time.
Here is the rest of Klatt’s top 10.
The only team besides Ohio State to get first place votes in the AP Poll this week was Indiana, who remained undefeated with 38-13 victory against Michigan State.
While there are many familiar names on the list, one surprise team putting together a season for the ages is Georgia Tech. Haynes King and the Yellow Jackets remained undefeated after defeating Duke and are No. 7 on Klatt’s list this week.
The biggest faller in the list is Miami, as the Hurricanes lost their first game of the year to Louisville last Friday night. Rounding up Klatt’s rankings is Vanderbilt, who picked up a huge victory against LSU.
