4-star athlete Ju’Juan Johnson of Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA) recently released his list off programs that made the cut for his top four. It was SEC-dominated with a selection that included Florida, Georgia, LSU and Colorado.
While Alabama didn’t make the cut, Johnson also held an offer from the Crimson Tide.
That being said, unless the Buffaloes who are now led by solid recruiter and successful head coach, Coach Prime, Johnson will be taking his talents to the Southeastern Conference. He’ll be a good get for his next team at the college level, rated as the No. 27 overall athlete in the Class of 2024, as well as the class’ No. 4 overall prospect in the state of Louisiana and the No. 221 overall player in this class by the 247 Sports Composite.
A versatile player who brings a lot to the table, it will be interesting to watch how Johnson continues to develop.
