Kentucky releases hype video as fall camp opens: ‘Saturdays in the SEC are different’

Kentucky is out with a hype video as fall camp dawns for Mark Stoops in his 11th year.

“Saturdays in the SEC are different than anything I’ve ever been a part of,” offensive coordinator Liam Coen said. “I had to put double headsets on because it was so loud. Louder than any NFL game I’ve been a part of.”

Defensive coordinator Brad White added, “Every single game I still get immense butterflies.”

Coen is one of the new faces to the staff even though he was in the same position 2 seasons ago.

Much of the attention will go to the transfers, most notably Devin Leary and Ray Davis, who will replace Will Levis and Chris Rodriguez.

The Wildcats are only projected to win 7 games this season, what would be on par for last year’s 7-6 finish. But they have also received some attention from the likes of broadcaster Tim Brando, who picked the Cats to finish second in the SEC East.

There’s once again plenty to get excited about in Lexington.
