Excitement for Big Blue Nation is riding high for Kentucky as the regular season approaches. The university recently confirmed that season tickets are sold out for the 2023 campaign.

Fans have purchased more than 40,200 season tickets and all 6,500 student season passes have been claimed. This marks the highest total for season tickets since the reconfiguration of Kroger Field in 2015. Games against Florida, No. 12 Tennessee, and No. 4 Alabama are already sold out.

“We’re very excited and thankful to the fans for their great response in anticipation of the upcoming season!” UK Director of Athletics Mitch Barnhart said in the press release.  “Coach Stoops and the team love the support they get from the Big Blue Nation and we’ve all seen what a difference it can make on game day. I can’t wait to see everyone at Kroger Field this fall!”

Sports betting in Kentucky opens next month. Here are details to take advantage of lucrative sportsbook promos and sign-up bonuses.

Kentucky’s homecoming contest this season will be against Missouri on Oct. 14. Kentucky finished with a 7-6 mark last season, including victories vs. ranked opponents Florida, Mississippi State, and Louisville. The Wildcats open this season with a home contest vs. Ball State on Sept. 2.
