Kentucky to make financial wellness program official jersey patch partner
Kentucky hopes to look better on the field in its first season under Will Stein.
No matter what happens in Year 1 under Stein though, the Wildcats are guaranteed to look slightly different during the entire 2026 season because of a patch that will appear on their jerseys starting Saturday afternoon with the season opener against Youngstown State.
When Kentucky‘s players run onto the field in Lexington to launch the Stein era with a 1 p.m. ET kickoff on SEC Network+, they’ll be donning a UK Invests patch on the front of their uniforms that signifies the new partnership between UK Athletics and the financial wellness program that was started in 2022.
UK Invests will become the official jersey patch partner of the Kentucky football program, as the Wildcats start a brand new coaching regime with a brand new look on their uniforms. The UK Invests logo will appear on Kentucky’s uniforms all season, as the Wildcats officially start a partnership that will be on full display starting with the opening kickoff.
UK Invests combines financial education with providing “real-world opportunities” to help Kentucky students gain financial security while educating them on saving and investing habits.
While Kentucky tweaks its jerseys for the 2026 season, the Wildcats will try to win some more games under a new coaching regime and become relevant in the SEC title discussion.
