Things got a little bit heated during LSU’s top-25 matchup with Oklahoma on Thursday night.

At one point in the game, head coach Kim Mulkey slapped a clipboard out of the hands of LSU assistant coach (and former All-American) Seimone Augustus. Augustus could do nothing but stand in shock and she stare at the floor with her hands still placed where they were before.

Here’s a clip from the moment caught by the broadcast:

Augustus is in her first season as an LSU assistant coach, but she reacted as though something like this may have happened before. Augustus’ previous coaching experience includes time in the WNBA. After her historic college career, she enjoyed a Hall-of-Fame career as a player in the WNBA. Her time with the Minnesota Lynx included 4 championships, 8 All-Star appearances and 1 Finals MVP.

While the score line in that video may not show it, this was an emotionally-charged game. There were multiple ejections and technical fouls issued in this contest. The Sooners would go on to make a run to close the deficit, but LSU ultimately won the game 107-100 to move to 7-1 in SEC play.

LSU will be in action again on Sunday against Mississippi State.
