Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa is having an incredible season, and may have put the finishing touches on his Heisman Trophy campaign on Saturday in a big 52-21 win over Auburn in the Iron Bowl.

Tagovailoa has been exciting to watch all year, and it’ll be tough for voters to go against his 3,189 yards, 36 touchdowns and only two interceptions.

Former Alabama RB Mark Ingram, who won the school’s first Heisman back in 2009, is throwing his support behind Tagovailoa, as you can see below:

Tagovailoa’s main competition will be from Oklahoma QB Kyler Murray, who has put up bigger numbers, but has way more attempts than Tagovailoa and also has a loss on his resume.

It’ll be interesting to see how Heisman voters balance that against what Tagovailoa has done this year.
