LSU added a commitment from Class of 2024 offensive tackle Ory Williams Sunday, adding the 6-6 OT after first offering him in April of 2022.
Williams is rated as the nation’s No. 556 overall prospect, as well as the No. 40 OT in the country and No. 94 player out of Texas.
Though he is not as highly-rated as some of LSU’s other recruits, his offer list is fairly impressive. He picked LSU over Florida, but held offers from the likes of Georgia, Florida State, Oregon, Texas A&M, Auburn and Texas, to name a few.
After a long, heart felt process I’ve came to a decision for the next chapter in my life. I would like to thank everyone who stuck by me through this journey from family to coaches and staff. #AGTG #RespectMyPick @coachbraddavis @Coach_BHamilton @Coach_Reyes3 @iam_tmrw1 pic.twitter.com/7JqI1294pY

Williams is LSU’s 3rd offensive line commit of the 2024 cycle, joining IOL Khayree Lee and 3-star OL Ethan Calloway. Williams is the highest rated of the 3.
Williams currently attends San Marcos HS in Texas, located just north of San Antonio.
Ethan Stone is a Tennessee graduate and loves all things college football and college basketball. Firm believer in fouling while up 3.
