Mike Elko and No. 6 Texas A&M host Mississippi State this weekend, and wide receiver Mario Craver will be facing his former team for the first time.

Craver was a wide receiver for Mississippi State last year. He hauled in 17 receptions for 368 yards and 3 touchdowns in 2024. In what could be viewed as a revenge game for Craver, head coach Mike Elko is emphasizing that it is “just another game for him.”

“Trying not to make too much of that,” Elko said. “It’s just another game for him.”

Craver has already surpassed his stats from his lone year at Mississippi State. Through 4 games this year, Craver has 24 receptions for 477 yards and 4 touchdowns. Craver has only had 1 game where he didn’t break 100 yards receiving; that was Texas A&M’s most recent game against Auburn, where he had 4 catches for 24 yards. In Texas A&M’s Week 3 matchup against Notre Dame, Craver hauled in 7 receptions for 207 yards and a touchdown.

Craver is the leading receiver for Texas A&M by over 100 yards. He also leads all receivers in touchdowns.

Kickoff for Mississippi State at No. 6 Texas A&M is set for Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
