Mizzou will take on Texas A&M in Week 6 as it looks to improve to 5-1 for the season. The Tigers could have some much-needed reinforcements in place for Saturday’s game against the Aggies, too.
Left tackle Cayden Green, safety Santana Banner, and linebacker Robert Woodyard were among a group of players listed as questionable for the game. But, according to CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz, all three are ‘on track’ to play.
Green has started all but one game this season for the Tigers. The offensive lineman, a first-team All-SEC pick during preseason and a projected Day 1 pick in the 2027 NFL Draft, has picked up where he left off last season. He enters Week 6 without having allowed a sack or quarterback hit.
Banner, in his second season with the Tigers after transferring from Northern Illinois, is second on the team with 44 sacks. He also has 2.0 tackles for a loss and three passes defensed.
Woodyard, who came over to Mizzou from Auburn in the offseason, ranks behind Banner with 37 tackles. He also has 2.5 TFLs and an interception and has also been credited with a fumble recovery.
Kickoff between the Tigers and Aggies from Faurot Field is set for noon ET.
