North Carolina releases statement after report Bill Belichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson was banned from facility

Jordon Hudson is welcome at the North Carolina football facility, the UNC athletic department says after a bombshell report that Bill Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend had been banned.

Hudson and Belichick were topics on Friday’s Pablo Torre Finds Out podcast. Torre posted on social media that he spoke with 11 people who have dealt directly with Hudson for his look into the age-gap relationship that has frequently been in the headlines. Citing sources at UNC, Torre reported that Hudson had been effectively banned from the North Carolina football facility.

Two sources at the University of North Carolina tell me that there has been a decision that was made last week by the higher-ups inside the athletic department that had hired Bill Belichick to be the highest paid public employee — not just coach in the state of North Carolina at $10 million a year — and that decision was that Jordon Hudson, she is no longer allowed in the football building. She is not allowed on the football field.

North Carolina athletics has since released a statement saying Hudson is welcome at the Carolina football facilities.

While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities,” UNC said in a statement. “Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.

Torre is standing by the show’s reporting, stating that requests for comment were declined and FOIA requests were not satisfied prior to publication of the episode.
