Ohio State pledge hilariously trolls Michigan during commitment announcement

Aaron Scott Jr. knows what the Ohio State-Michigan rivalry means. He proved his loyalty to Ohio State and then some Sunday while committing to the Buckeyes and Ryan Day.
Scott entered Sunday with a top 3 of Oregon, Michigan and Ohio State. The No. 1 overall prospect out of Ohio cut the Ducks out of the running early during his live commitment, which was streamed on Instagram Live.
Flanked by his family, Scott then tossed an Ohio State hat to the side and appeared to select Michigan with a backpack on the table in front of him. Instead, he flipped the backpack around and revealed an Ohio State jersey hidden inside.

Scott is the nation’s No. 52 overall prospect, as well as the No. 2 overall CB and No. 1 player out of the state of Ohio.
A few SEC teams were on Scott’s radar in the early stages of his recruitment, namely Tennessee and Alabama. He unofficially visited Tennessee in March of 2023 and attended an Alabama camp in 2022.
