Ole Miss head coach Hugh Freeze is now 3-1 against rival Mississippi State, courtesy of the Rebelsโ 38-27 win over the Bulldogs in the 2015 Egg Bowl.
Freezeโs shared these thoughts after the win.
Via ESPN2:
On the Ole Miss defensive line: โI thought that was our advantage. I thought they played well. You donโt give up something to Dak (Prescott). Heโs that big of a competitor, but our d-line played well.โ
On Rebels QB Chad Kelly: โHe plays within the system most of the time; he makes some plays. Heโs such a competitor and he prepares very, very well.โ
On the Golden Egg remaining in Oxford: โIt means everything to our entire fans and our program. We live with each other. We go to church with each other. Itโs so important to our program.โ
Freeze points out #OleMiss is a fourth-and-25 lateral from SEC championship game. Says he believes Rebels would win if there.
