Owning it: Michigan TE Jake Butt signs unique endorsement deal with Charmin toilet paper

Many members of the 2017 NFL Draft class are signing endorsement deals.
Nike, for example, recently revealed it has added SEC alumni Marlon Humphrey, O.J. Howard and Quincy Wilson to its roster. While that trio was likely sought for its talent on the gridiron. Some brands see creative opportunities based on things like your name.
And when your last name is Butt, as is the case for a former Michigan tight end, those brand opportunities and different from your peers.
WSYX ABC 6 Columbus, Ohio photographer Chetan Rakieten was on hand for Butt’s endorsement announcement.
Butt can look forward to nice pay day as a projected second- or third-round draft pick, but it looks like he won’t be spending money on toilet paper any time soon.
