According to a report from TheSmokingGun.com, Denver Broncos star defender Von Miller is filing a lawsuit with the hopes it blocks the release of a sex tape reportedly filmed in June of 2016.
Via the lawsuit, Miller was on vacation with a woman from Los Angeles named Elizabeth Ruiz.
She filmed the acts on her phone, and reportedly offered to sell the video to Miller for a $2.5 million fee.
A Los Angeles judge has issued a temporary restraining order — preventing Ruiz from distributing, releasing, or copying the tape.
