On Monday, it was reported that Alabama F Tevin Mack was withdrawing his name from the 2019 NBA Draft and returning to school.
However, it does not appear that school will be Alabama, as the former Texas Longhorn who played the 2018-19 season in Tuscaloosa will finish his college career elsewhere.
Per reports, Mack will enter the NCAA transfer portal and will be eligible to play right away for whatever school he chooses:
Source: Alabama wing Tevin Mack will transfer. Averaged 9.0 PPG & 3.3 RPG this past season. Will be eligible to play elsewhere right away.

As expected, Tevin Mack has indicated to several sources that he will enter the transfer portal and play elsewhere in his final year. https://t.co/tMHCVPSeyA

As Cecil Hurt noted in his tweet, Mack had been working out off-campus while going through the draft process, so this news isn’t much of a surprise.
Mack averaged 9.0 points and 3.3 rebounds while playing in 34 games and starting 24 of those contests.
