Georgia DB Richard LeCounte visits young fan before her scheduled heart surgery
Leading up to his final season in Athens, All-SEC preseason selection Richard LeCounte likely has a busy schedule with Georgia’s training camp quickly approaching.
Despite the limited time on his hands, that wasn’t going to stop the Georgia defensive back from doing what he could to lift the spirits of a young fan recently.
Destiny Maney, a 10-year-old Georgia fan, is scheduled to have surgery on her heart but before the procedure took place, LeCounte paid the young girl a visit. During his time with his little fan, LeCounte even taught Destiny a new dance move.
It’s great to see players spend their time making an impact off the field like this as Destiny is likely to remember this visit for years to come.
