Scott Frost is feeling the heat. It’s no secret that the Nebraska coach entered the 2022 season coaching for his job. Now, Frost’s squad is 0-1 in 2022, falling to double-digit underdog Northwestern in crushing fashion.
After Saturday’s Week 0 game in Dublin, Frost was asked during his press conference if he would consider stepping down. Frost, a Husker alum, rejected the idea.
Wow – a local Irish reporter asks Scott Frost is he would consider stepping down as Head Coach.

The question came from a local Irish reporter, but Frost can expect to feel the heat when he returns stateside. Frost is now 15-30 in his Nebraska tenure. It has been reported that his buyout is cut in half to $7.5 million on Oct. 1.
Next up for Frost’s squad is a Week 1 home opener against North Dakota.
