SEC Nation announces Sooners’ legend as Week 4 guest picker

The biggest matchup in a massive Week 4 slate of SEC action is the top-25 clash between the No. 11 Oklahoma Sooners and the No. 22 Auburn Tigers at the iconic Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
This early-season test for both programs is sure to have some massive implications for the rest of both teams’ respective campaigns as they both attempt to chase down a slot in the College Football Playoff.
Given the high stakes involved in this matchup, it only makes sense that SEC Nation would make the trip to Norman for their weekly kickoff show, and it also only makes sense that they would choose a former Sooners legend to serve as their guest picker for the program.
This is exactly what they did, as SEC Nation just announced via X account that the guest picker for Week 4 will be none other than former Oklahoma linebacker and college football icon Brian Bosworth.
The man affectionally known as “The Boz” was one of the biggest stars in all of college football during the mid to late-1980s, making headlines not only for his electric play on the field but for all things he did off the field as well.
He was a key member of Oklahoma’s 1985 National Championship winning squad, and was one of the first big-name college stars to challenge the NCAA during his playing career.
Oklahoma and Auburn will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday afternoon.
