Six former SEC players scheduled to attend the 2017 NFL Draft

Texas A&M DE Myles Garrett has long said he won’t be attending the 2017 NFL Draft, where he’ll likely be the No. 1 overall pick. Neither will Alabama TE O.J. Howard, but that doesn’t mean the SEC won’t be well-represented at this year’s event.
In fact, six former SEC players will be in attendance in Philadelphia, including three LSU Tigers.
The six former SEC players scheduled to attend this month’s festivities include:
- Jamal Adams, S, LSU
- Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama
- Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee
- Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU
- Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama
- Tre’Davious White, DB, LSU
Mizzou DE Charles Harris has previously said he’d attend the draft, but his name was not included on the list, therefore, his official status is in question.

Along with the players, several coaches will be in attendance at the draft, too, including Nick Saban, Ed Orgeron and Butch Jones:

The first round of the draft will be held on Thursday, April 27. The following rounds will be held on April 28 and 29.
